1 Jellyfish Photography reserves the right to
use digital files and/or reproductions for
display, publication and advertising purposes,
pending authorisation from the client.
2 All digital files remain the property of
Jellyfish Photography and are copyright
protected. Reproductions of any kind are
prohibited*
3 Images may have to be cropped due to size &
proportion of enlargements and/or media
selected.
4 For wedding photography, a deposit of £100 is
payable when booking. The remainder of the
photographer's fee (£150) is payable in full
three calender months before the date of the
wedding. Both of these amounts are non-
refundable.
5 All orders must be paid for in full at the
time they are placed with Jellyfish
Photography. Orders will not be processed
until payment has been cleared.
6 Please allow 28 days for delivery
of prints, canvas wraps & Image Discs.
Photobooks may take up to 42 days and
the Wedding Book up to 14 weeks from
final layout selection.
7 Jellyfish Photography aim to provide high
quality portraits and products. However
should the client be dissatisfied with any
aspect of their order, we will endeavour to
resolve the problem by reprinting.
8 Any changes or cancellations should be made
within 48 hours of the order being placed.
